This privacy notice and its annexes have been prepared by KIDSTRAIN as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to fulfill the obligation to inform.
We would like to emphasize that at KIDSTRAIN, we handle the personal data of our board members, employees, employee candidates, customers and their representatives/employees, prospective customers, suppliers and their representatives/employees, supplier candidates, business partners, visitors, and other relevant third parties with utmost care. Your personal data is collected through physical and/or electronic methods based on legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, such as the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, provisions stipulated by law, publicizing of data by the data subject, protection and use of legal rights, and legitimate interests of the data controller provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, or with the explicit consent of the data subject.
Your personal data is processed in compliance with the principles set forth in Article 4 of the KVKK and the conditions in Articles 5 and 6.
The personal data processed by us may be shared within Turkey and/or abroad with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, for purposes including but not limited to providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, managing information security processes, performing contract processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, managing customer relationship processes, conducting marketing activities for products/services, strategic planning activities, ensuring the security of the data controller’s operations, and managing commercial processes. This is done in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and national and international legal regulations. Data may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, consultants, auditors, lawyers, accountants, and other natural or legal persons governed by private law.
What Are Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK?

- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other related laws, and to request notification of this action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- To demand compensation for the damages you have suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your request will be processed free of charge within the shortest possible time and no later than thirty days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
